That's the book. Only the one I have has no cover. I think it was a paperback edition of Ted and Sally. Nevertheless, I have used it a lot to teach my g-daughter simple words and how to read a word phonetically.
I remember before zip codes we had postal zones. They were usually a one or two digit number. Also the phone numbers with a word for a prefix. Our first phone--early 1940's--was 5 digits. Next was a word followed by 4 digits. After that we had a word and 5 digits. Same phone and same address--they just had to give us a new phone number as they ran out of old phone numbers.
We were RR#2 ...Rural Route #2.........Like Route #66
When I first moved to this rural area in 2002, I had a RR___, Box ___ address. The road didn't even have a name. Then it was changed the next year to a 5 digit number and the road was given a name. People in the area still don't know the names of the two "streets" in the tiny hamlet where I lived then. They still call it by the name of the town it once was and refer to the names of the few people left there to identify which house.
U Know I heard about burning the bra and I always wondered about it... No way way I would burn my bra they cost too much money even for a cause. I doubt if any woman is willing to burn Victoria Secret.

The Bra burning era, was called "Womens Liberation" aka "Womens Lib".
