I'm so old I remember when they did not have all these fancy colognes and perfumes. There were just a handful of choices for me, like Old Spice. I remember when Hai Karate came out. I remember the Prell shamoo commercials where they dropped a pearl in the shampoo and it slowly floated down. Remember the shampoo "Gee your hair smells terrific?" It did smell good.

Before I was even near my teen years I wanted a bottle of Jade East cologne because it came in a cool pagoda shaped bottle! Did you ever smell that stuff? It was just awful!

I just smile at some of the answers given as to being old.

I recall using the outhouse in the backyard at 2-3 AM as a small kiddo during the 1930's.

Indooor plumbing? Whats that?

Now you know the REAL story on what is old to remember.

I remember when you could have earphones, get a pillow or blanket, watch a movie, ask for as many packages as nuts as you wanted, have as many drinks as you wanted, including alcohol, had 1 or 2 meals and checked in as many bags as you needed, ALL at NO extra charge.
