Todays question Tuesday 3-25-08
Good morning everyone
There is a brisk 30 degrees windchill here in NE FL this morning brrrrr lol
So I was talking to my sister yesterday and she asked what I thought of my nieces wedding invitations , lol opps it was still in the mailbox. She just sighed So I thought "surely I am not the only one who does this" and the only way I know to find this out is to come to the experts with
Todays question :
Do you get your mail out of the mailbox every day ?
Extra credit: If you are like my one neighbor who actually waits for the mail carrier.
Today in history:
March 25, 421 City of Venice founded
March 25, 1882 1st demonstration of pancake making (Department store in New York City) So shouldn't it be National pancake day
Word of the day:
repine \rih-PINE\, intransitive verb:
1. To feel or express discontent.
2. To long for something.
Today is :
National Waffle Day
It is also
National Sleep Day- aha so thats why I slept till 6:30

Wish I knew it was National Sleep Day when I got up at 3AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We get our mail out of box everyday as that's DH's only real chore-LOL. Don't "wait" for delivery as it is so erratic.

mornin Karla . Am still at the coast but have temp access to a PC so I took this opportunity to get online, feed my habit and say "hey" to my friends in here. It is 40 degrees here now but the temps will rise to the 70s and maybe 80 in a couple of days and into the weekend...methinks summer is about here in NC.
Do you get your mail out of the mailbox every day ? Absolutely, yes!
Extra credit: If you are like my one neighbor who actually waits for the mail carrier...I am usually in the yard working when my mail lady comes by around noon.

National Waffle Day... but only at IHOP...Not The Waffle House

... I never sleep in...arising after 7AM is a rarity for me, unlike Auntie Batz who can saw wood until noon if I didn't make noise while I am up early .
later, my friends...got to get in so y'all won't forget me. ...

I will sometimes wait a couple days because we really don't get a lot of mail
the only time I will check each day is if I am expecting something.
lol I knew I was going to get along with my mother in law when I found out she will go 4 or 5 days with out getting hers
the neighbor I mentioned will go out and check quite often since it is within a one hour time frame that ours is delivered.

Good morning!
We check the mail everyday, but only because I can hear the mailman coming up our front steps... we don't get a whole lot of mail, most of it is junk.
I'll take some banana nut pancakes, some pecan waffles, then a nap!
We could never forget about ya Ubatz, enjoy that beautiful weather!

I check the mail pretty much everyday but sometimes I go a couple of days without checking.
Our mailbox is not in front of the house so if it's raining hard, I won't bother getting it.

Do you get your mail out of the mailbox every day ?
It just got pushed through my letter box, so it comes directly into the house.
