humm....I love a seafood pasta (linguini) dish with a red sauce. Shrimp, scallops, clams...the works. Definately something I would eat during the summertime at the beach.
I am pretty much a plain with butter and salt kinda gal
Sometimes when I am feeling adventurous I will add some Alfredo sauce.
and I do love a good mac n cheese
so I guess you could say pasta with butter or cheese
None of the red sauce or garlic and please don't go mixing that green veggie stuff in
favorite shape hmmm thats a tough one
I like bow ties but rigatoni is right up there on the list
lol I guess it would just be easier to say
"I never met a pasta shape I didn't love"

If it's pasta, I like it unless it has clams on it. ICK! Shape generally doesn't matter, altho I prefer angel hair or rigatoni with my red sauce, fettucini w/ alfredo.
Pasta in any shape or form for me. Love any sauce, seafood on it. But I guess my favorite would be my "gravy"-loaded with meatballs, sausage and pork and parmesean cheese rinds.
Hubby is a linguine person-and loves white clam sauce or carbonara.
Favorite shape is penne... so much easier to eat... love Macaroni Grills Penne Rustica... grilled chicken, shrimp, smoked prosciutto, with a cream sauce over penne, covered in cheese and then baked... YUM!!
Karla, my son is the same way... lots of butter and salt, occasionally he will eat a little mac n cheese but not often.
Any kinda pasta
Al dente, if you please
Add garlic, olive oil
And a nice glass of pinot gris
Waiting for the burma shave queen to ring in on this one- fusilli, willynilly.....
