In Texas we are switching back and forth right now. As for today...really neither, it's just kind of "mild." May have to run a/c later.

If I was home I wouldn't have the AC or heat on, its like high 40 something, I would have the windows open and be under the blankets with the fresh air on me. I like the cold better then the heat. But I'm at work in the South and the other girl in my room is always freezing so the heat is on. I'm going to be opening my window in a minute just so I can breath!!

Are you using heat or A/C today ?

Here in SW Missouri we are using the wood stove this morning to take the chill out of the cabin. It is raining cats and dogs and is 49 degrees.

Extra credit: Do you and the other person or people that live with you agree on the same temperature setting for the above mentioned ?

No way. Especially when we are in the car. Dahubby likes the air conditioning on full blast. I usually always have a blanket with me to cover up because I am freezing! In the house I would rather have the windows opened then have the air conditioner on. It has to be scorching hot out before I will turn on the air conditioner.

No A/C here. We have "shotgun" style home, just open front & back doors, windows open, ceiling fans on, and the breeze keeps it comfortable. I'm too cheap to pay JEA when I can have natural air.

The car is another matter, I have to have it cold in the car, my partner wants the heat cranked up all the way. Yuk! I'll have to try AksarbeN's idea and have partner hang head out window. LMAO!

Most of the time yes, hubby and I agree on the temperature...although he's usually warmer than me. However, in the winter, I can still wear shorts for a longer time than him.

Morning Karla! Yay! It's Thursday!

Any time we don't need heat or AC, my husband and I joke about how we're "getting over on the man." At our winter place the leaves fall from the trees in January only to bud in February. We are seldom without heat or AC. Once the indoor temps hit 84 degrees, on goes the AC. We began using AC last week, right after we turned off the heat. Thermostat is set at 79-80 degrees. This temp. is agreeable to both of us.

We used heat during the night followed by ac during the day, TN has weird temp fluctuations, usually this time of year there is about a 40 degree gap between night and day, a few weeks ago it got down to 20 at night and hit 71 in the afternoon.

Right now we have the heat on 70. My husband and I will usually play the up and down game with the thermostat.

We have baseboard heat and each room has it's own thermostat. Right now the heat is on low in the rooms that we use. Now we agree on the temp. No problem putting on a sweater when it is cooler weather like now. Keep thermostat set at 68 during the day. When the AC is on try to keep it set a little higher to conserve.

Today it has been raining all day her in Mid-Missouri. Just what we need, more rain!!!
