Default How do you sleep at night?

I'll clarify this, do you:

Pass out, no explanation needed.
fall asleep to the tv.
lay their trying to turn off your brain...wrestless leg syndrom
drink to acheive unconsciousness
ask for a massage
stay up till the body wins
click your heels togather 3 times saying I want to go home
any other means you have

Slept like a rock last night I generally fall asleep after turning a few pages of a good book.

Watch TV or on computer til the eyelids get heavy. I could only wish my hubby would give me a massage before bed, lol.

I first ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, well not let’s not get into all that.




I just lay down with a clock radio on to “coast to coast am” and within 30 minutes I’m like a rock, unless that topic of the show is something every special then I’ll try and listen to more of it.

Most of the time, NOTHING can keep me from my sleep ~ getting there and staying there.
