I think I found the size thing-y on the top right corner of the reply box. Is this it? I think I up'ped it a notch or two.

Try switching to another font. This is verdana. Yours is rather thin.

Another thing that ticks me off...
Those stupid talking video popup ads when I go to a website...
I know the ads are there,I don't need them talking at me.

Turn on your pop-up blocker!
In Internet Explorer it's under the Tools pull down menu (depends on the version, the newer ones have it).
In Firefox (my favorite) it's in Tools>Options>Content Tab. You can also download and install an add-in called Adblock that really stops them.
