But if they just stuck to the facts there'd be no news, period. Because, let's be honest, is there ANYONE who can do that today?

Let's do this instead, all news reporting is outlawed that doesn't agree with my point of view.

There outta be a law that requires all males receive a book of answers to women's questions at least 2 weeks before marriage. After 38 years I still can't answer questions like

Should we have mashed or baked potatoes?
Does the couch look better here?
Which shoe looks better this, or this?-then she does the flamingo dance
And my favorite, Does my butt look big in these slacks?

We need help.

YOU DIDN"T GET THAT BOOK? Oh, my! We need to get one mailed to you, like, 39 years ago, Studedude. The correct answer is, "whatever you think is best, Dear."

Would she prefer mashed, or baked, potatoes? The couch looks best wherever she wants it. The shoe she prefers is the better of the two -- if you are in a store, considering purchasing a pair, it is probably the more expensive pair. They always add that little *something* to the flamingo dance. Maybe she'll let you see her naked in them later. (You can't be too bright, dude.)

And there is nothing ever that makes her butt look big. Her butt is NOT big. Regardless. If she is questioning the slacks, they are, in all likelihood 'inferior' in some respect -- cheap fabric, wrong stitch, skimpy in the cut, you-name-it. The slacks are probably too cheap. Buy her a more expensive pair. Her butt will look f-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c in them, and yours will be saved.

That drives me insane too because the women who get mad when you answer have made things impossible for those of us who actually want the truth. My husband is scared to answer any question because he thinks there is a wrong answer and that I will get upset if he tells me his honest opinion.

If I ever run into the ones who want to be told what "they want to hear" instead of the truth I will let them have a piece of my mind.

There ought to be a law against confusing men!!!!

Answers: What do you think?
Yes!
They both look good, which one feels the best?
Absolutely not!

Or you can do like my dh and always tell the truth. Believe me, she will stop asking.

Oops! Just broke my own law. Dh stands for "dear husband."

There should be a law that people can't work on their cars in their driveway after 10:00 PM and another law those same people can't have their stereo on outside at full blast at 4:30 AM.

There ought to be a law against people continually being late and I can think of a few more but I agree with everyone on this thread too.
Oh yes and my rant of the day or of the past few months is they need to torture the idiots (mostly attourneys) that have been tying up the sell of my house the past several months because of there and the title companys incompetence.
