Oh, that's just silly and I think it must have been invented by my old college roommate. She used to go on pickle only diets. Or, carrot stick only diets. She was thin, but had no muscles. Just flesh on bones - disgusting. At least, by taking only 5 bites, she has expanded her diet.
One of these days, people are going to realize it's about movement and eating real food in normal-sized portions.
