Roaddog,
Boy, that's scary, glad no one got hurt and the only damage is to the fence. Is Lowe's going to pursure the cause of the fire?

I'm not sure what they will do, they did seem concearned, they said they has seen a lot of BBq's damaged but nothing like that. I wish i would have taken pictures of the damage and also i probably should have called the fire dept. to see if they may have wanted to look at it.

My grill's tank just ran out this week, and it was full not three months ago. The regulator is bad. Its going back, and I'm going back to charcoal. Okay so its a pain waiting for it to heat up...but you can't beat the FLAVOR!

No you can't beat the flavors....and I got one of those stove pipe looking things where you put two crumpled newspapers underneath and NO Lighter Fluid....I can be cooking in maybe 15 mins. It takes that long to prep the food. I Love It.....especially with a couple of chunks of hickory thrown in with the charcoal....the fragrance is wonderful!

That's a really scary story and I'm gad you are okay. We have a propane BBQ and I've never felt comfortable with it. We want one of those ceramic Green Eggs, but they're very expensive.
