My sister killed
My sister was killed in a car accident. I am numb, and can't think straight.

I have had the same thing happen to me, except it was my brother. He was 2 years older than I am. I had a dream about him less than a week ago and woke up crying. It doesn't heal, it just goes further inside where no one can see it. But you have to deal with it (later) in positive ways.
I use my brother's birthday as my sobriety birthday. In July, I will be 10 years clean and sober. And yes, he would laugh if he knew I was using his birthday ~and~ staying sober this long.
Just follow your spirit where it leads you and try and be there for your family.
