Studedude, that sounds like so much fun! My biggest thing is to go on a motorcycle ride. Did it a couple of weeks ago - was afraid to ask how fast we went!

Funny you should ask....

I cook a huge turkey about 3 times a year (only rarely in November) for the sole purpose of slicing and/or dicing the whole bird, some with dressing and cranberry sauce, but always with turkey gravy. Why? So I can freeze it all in small vac sealed bags and have what tastes like leftover Thanksgiving Day Turkey sandwich with all the trimmings any time/day of the year. That's how I spell lunch meat.

Stupid Guy Thing, heh? Yeah, good thing a woman had the smarts to make a whole day to commemorate it. Now we all know we aren't alone in wondering what men are doing with their widgets and gizmos. Just some stupid guy thing. I love it!

My absolute favorite is left over pot roast! I also like turkey and sometimes ham.

I've gone 140 mph in a straight line but never in a car that turned at that speed. Husbandly duties will keep me from getting there. Maybe the next time someone wants me to plug their driving school I can scam another chance at a ride.

Mornin' Karla and All! Now lunch meats n' deli stuff are something I know a few things about! We are very fortunate to have a wonderful deli in the local market where we shop. Probably my two favorite meats are their London Port Roast Beef and their Madrange French ham! For cheese, there's nothing like a good Cream Havarti or Munster on "my sammich"! The deli also has a Spanish ham that costs $89.00/pound!!! I guess about $11 get you enough for a finger sandwich... (Maybe one of these days, I'll have to try it in the interest of informing the C-D memers!) For bread, give me a New York rye or even their "Farmhouse" bread!

Hmmm...and eclair would go great with my favorite sandwich!

BlueWillowplate & Studedude, EXCELLENT choices!

I love ham, turkey, swiss cheese, with bacon on soft white Italian bread. Another favorite is a good ol’ Italian Sub-sandwich with Italian meats and cheese. I like Blimpies better then Subway, and there are a few Mom & Pop subshops that do a great job.
