Default Ever changing topic.......

This one might be fun, no need to go back to see what the OP said. We do this whenever we have family reunions, someone will bring up a topic and everyones mind wanders to something entirely different. I won't start this one but I'll chime in if I have anything to add..........

Family reunions? Did you mention family reunions? My family hadnt had one in years but we're having a big one in the early fall this year. Everyone from everywhere will be around for it.
We usually do it potluck style, have games like horse shoes, soccer, bean bag tossing contests, do some swimming, and last time we even had karaoke. Gonna be interesting.

Okay, weather it is then....

We have actually had a few really pleasent days up here. The temps never got out of the 70's and we've had nice breezes blowing. However, this morning it is raining again and supose to be like this for the next 4 days. The sad part is that we only get 3 months out of the year when it doesn't rain every day and here it is raining again....Got to love the Pacific North West!!!!

That sounds fun, since our family is so spread out we rented a place in Virginia one year for our reunion that was as close as could be to everyone to meet up. It had a horseshoe pit out back and even my Dad played, wild how something like that brought everyone together.

I love sprouts! Sprouts on turkey sandwiches, sprouts on sallads, sprouts on everything! They are really good for you too because you eat them raw they enrich your diet with enzimes which actually help you loose weight......

Did you also know......that cardio excersize is really good for you and you will burn calories while doing it but resistance and weight training programs your body to burn calories even when you are not working out?

Yes and we are all quite active....earlier post was a joke...oh well!, being friends with a family that has produced a Mr America a Miss TN and runner up to Miss USA probably has something to do with why I have been so involved with sports, my new interest is with road bikes and I haven't owned one in years but will soon, I have hurt myself too many times with free weights so I think I'm going to hang that up.
