Default Caling all party people- need party songs for CDs for Labor day/Luau party!

We are planning on having a labor day party. We are inviting about 50 people (including children). We decided to make music CDs to play throughout the night. The majority adult age range is from 25-37.

I need some music thrown out to me- music that most people enjoy, remember, will keep in a party mode.

I know all of the line dance music kinda stuff like the Electric Slide, Macarana and all of that.

I have thought of oldies like Footloose, Jump Around (house of pain), Summertime (Will Smith), obviously some Beach Boys or Buffet (whether a fan or not).....but I need enough to last from about 2:00PM to after 10:00PM.

Thanks!

If everyone at the party is into drinking to within an inch of their lives then 'Party Hard' by Andrew WK might be a good one.

Im questioning the music listed above from the 70's unless it late 70's that would be more for generation born before 1969 and not music these people have spent their child hood listening to. I also question beach boys but becareful choosing music from them however this is good song to play between high energy songs.

YouTube - The Beach Boys - Kokomo (Soundtrack Cocktail)

Here is a list of some good energetic dance music that many of the generation x would be familiar with

Black Box - I Don't Know Anybody Else

Hadaway WHAT IS LOVE

Real McCoy Another Night

Corona Mix of the best

Crystall Waters - 100% Pure Love

Another Night Another Dream La Bouche

Culture Beat: Mr. Vain

Rozalla - Everybody's Free

Captain Hollywood - More and More

Ace of Base-Beautiful Life

Livin' Joy - Dreamer

Le Click - Tonight is the Night

Eiffel 65 - Blue

Alice.Deejay Better.Off Alone

Olive Your Not Alone

Abigail Let the Joy Rise

Amber - Sexual

Sonique - Sky
