Post News, Hobe Sound man threatens landscaper with shotgun for mowing too early in the morning.

A 57-year-old Hobe Sound man threatened a landscaper with a shotgun Tuesday, according to a report released by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday.

According to the report, an employee of Rood Landscaping was mowing the grass at a home in the 2000 block of S.W. Silver Pine Lane at around 7:30 a.m. when Arthur Hechtman emerged from one of the units and began yelling at him.

That sound like a guy I work with, he’s all into city and county ordinance, mow before 7am he complains, park a motor home in the street he turns you in and God forbid you miss a week on mowing your lawn, he’ll be knocking at your door, he’s a real piece of work.
