The hair can be fixed, just ask a friend who has a hair style you like, who does their hair and go to that person. A little styling will do wonders.
I know about the weight thing. I use to weigh 285lbs! back in 1999. After my last husband was killed in an accident I started losing weight and it just kept coming off. I am now at 143 but still think I could lose more, but, know that to be healthy I am where I should be. I still am self conscience about my weight though.

P.s. Has anyone ever told you that you look like Elizabeth Montgomery from Bewitched. I always thought she was beautiful too.

I'm sorry for your loss....and I hope that I don't experience something like that to make me lose weight.

As for Elizabeth MOntgomery, the only place I ever heard that comparison is here. Since coming on here, numerous people, from back in 2006 when I first joined, has compared me to her.

When I was in my twenties, my red hair was long and curly (I straighten it) and I used to get Nicole Kidman all of the time, from strangers. I guess Nicole starred in a movie at that time with long, curly red hair.

When I got my hair cut, back when I first posted on here and I put a few pics on here with my short curly hair...IRL, I did get carrot top too! So then I started straightening my hair and letting it grow out.

I think I might be going through a funk, and I never had to deal with that before....

The only difference I see in those two photos, besides that your black now, is your hair. I think the hair gal could have given a better cut, the way she cut it frames your face, and looks rounder, but to me I see no weight gain in your facial features (that I can see) shoulders, arms, hands. Please don't let this get you down. You are a beautiful lady, that got a bad hair cut. that's all. Don't make me send you to spend a week with Doreen & Stacey, kay?

Personally-I think you are a very beautiful woman. And remember the difference between a bad haircut and a good one is usually two weeks.

mrshvo...fat? no, not at all. You are a beautiful young lady and your haircut is really kind of cute even tho' it may not be to your liking. As others have said, it will grow out. I've been there myself. Many times. Please don't be so hard on yourself. Try to accept the positives about yourself and don't call attention to what you yourself think of as being a negative.
