My son finally got his two out! Was supposed to be a single girl, she sneaked her off color boyfriend in and also her two cats. When my son got home they had the whole house filled with all their stuff. They took over the house. They ran up the electric bill for the month to 250 bucks, they also ordered many payperview movies. The guy was a landscaper so he planted stuff in front of the house. My son did not tell him too!
They would not pay the rent for the month but said they would pay weekly. One week when they were late and we asked for the money the guy went into a rage and said he was gonna take the walls in the house down. They finally sneaked out late last night and this morning when we were not there....we were scared to be! The guy was threatening us. Anyway they ripped all my sons plantings out and the few he planted and left deep holes and dirt all over...they stole my sons nice copper decorative new sprinkler I bought him and my good sheer curtains in the house. Should I have called the police? I think he will be back to do more damage inside next when my son is not there. The father of the wacky girlfriend told me that the guy had been in police trouble. We do not even know his last name! Now my son is going to sell his home for fear the crazy guy will come back and do harm. Talk about roomates from hell and they were only there for about a month! All this drama and damage for 110 bucks a week! We also had to give him 50 dollars back because he threatened us! We now know the definition of low class southern rednecks!
