Question Are your kids installed correctly
Illinois State Rep Tom Cross is a bright young man who is very good at his job. Because of that I had a good laugh at this gaff.

"Eight out of 10 kids in child safety seats are not installed correctly," said Cross.


Maybe I was just too tired when I read it but it struck me as very funny.
