Plane Crashes
My worst fear is to die in a plane Crash or in a ferry accident ( like if the ferry woulk sink on open sea). I can't imagine anything worse. In 1994 there were a Ferry going between Estonia and Stockholm that sunk in stormy water. It only took minutes. Some 800 people drowned. The Water was freezing cold.
Have any of you been threw something really scarry where you were sure you would not make it?

Seriously, dieing in accidents like these is very unlikely. Worry about something you can do something about.

LOL... what's scarier, marriage or a meeting with your spouse's divorce lawyer?

I agree. If you had to worry about everything, you might as well spend the rest of your life locked up in a room.. even that may not be safe! Of course in dangerous stormy weather, it makes sense to sit still and not use any form of transportation that will most likely be deemed dangerous, such as crossing waters in a ferry, and it doesn't matter what you're piloting, whether it's a ferry, or a Boeing 747, common sense tells us if dangerous stormy weather is predicted, then sit still.
When I get on a plane, I don't worry about anything, because you have a better chance of getting involved in an accident driving to the airport, than you do flying at 36,000 feet going over 600 miles per hour.

I'd much rather pass away doing something like that where it would end quickly than be tied up to machines, watching the nurses come in and out of my room to change my diapers.
How did we get on this subject anyway??? Back to fun things, please!

A friend's father was really sick. Couldn't get up and walk. Hell, he couldn't pull himself into a sitting position in bed. Bad heart problems. Very hard to breath.
He had a revolver in his bed stand and he used it.
That is a person I can respect.
I want to go like my parents. Here now.......gone now.

I can understand that, Tek. I certainly don't want to hang around, watching the ceiling for years.
