What are the temperatures doing in your neck of the woods ? Still in the mid 80s with a nice breeze; sunny, but warm. Low 70s tonight
Extra Credit Question:Are you using the heat or the A/C ?
A/C! Are you kidding? Is it November 1 yet?
Bonus Question :
What is your favorite thing about Fall ?
Changing of the leaves (when I get to TN)! While in FL, football and turning loose of the A/C.

Not using heat or a/c. It is about 80 degrees and getting down into the fifties at night. We are having a stretch of beautiful weather, so I'm really enjoying it. I better, the colder weather is coming. First frost will be here before we know it. Glad it warmed up again, the last part of August and first part of September we had so many rainy and really cool days, I wondered if summer was gone already. I keep hearing we are in for a bad winter, so I'm not too thrilled its coming.
Favorite thing about fall is College football and then College Basketball starting late fall.

It's been in the 80's during the day and we have had a couple of nights in the low 40's. We've had both the A/C and heat running.
Favorite thing about fall. The explosion of color in the trees and sleeping with the window open

It's 91 degrees here at 4:30 PM in my backyard, and I think the official high at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport was in the upper 90's, maybe even 100 degrees... but we Arizonans always put a positive twist on it by saying "It's a dry heat"..

I have no idea what the temps really are. "Pleasant" comes to mind. Cool enough in the evening to use a blanket when I sleep but too warm during the day for a sweater. I have not used heat of any kind yet this year, but have reached for a shawl a time or two.
Best thing about fall is that winter is not far behind it.
Whopper liar, eh? Well I remember the time I caught the world's biggest fish. Really. I wasn't able to get a picture of it because it required three cameras with a wide angle lense no less than 100 feet from it to get it all in - but I was by myself with only two cameras and none with a wide angle lense.
The fish was too big for my boat to pull, so the US Navy sent an aircraft carrier to tow it to shallow water where it could more easily be cleaned. After everything was said and done, the scales of that fish were used to roof all the homes in Africa, feed all the people of Japan for two months and produced two tons of fish oil for making into dietary supplements. I never knew what kind of fish it was because I had already removed the scales for all the roofing contractors standing by to roof all the African homes. By the time I thought of it, the fish no longer looked like any specific kind of fish. the good folks at the Guinness Book of World Records wanted a picture and I already explained why there was no picture. Maybe next time.
