CHICAGO (AP) - An attorney was suspended for more than a year for accepting nude dances from a stripper as partial payment for the legal fees she owed him. The Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission on Thursday said Scott Robert Erwin will begin serving a 15-month suspension for misconduct next month.

Gee-whiz...........he got ripped off on that deal. $500+ bucks in exchange for a sleezy dance. He must be good friends with the former Gov. of NY

Nude dances as partial payments? Shows again how greedy some lawyers are... I wonder how she plans on paying off the balance?

15-month suspension.. I guess he'll have plenty of time off to watch.... dance lessons!

Since the guy is not practicing law for awhile, she'll probably blow him off.

LOL.. Yeah, I guess he blew it that's for sure. It's not not a good item on his resume, unless of course he builds up a clientele of nude dancers.

Man If I tried to dance nude for paying off a debt, they'd throw the book at me and it'd cost me triple the going rate......please don't even try to imagine that, you'll end up having nightmares tonight.
