HAPPY BIRTHDAY KARLA!
Today's Question:
What was your "bestest" birthday ever?
2 years ago hubby in his own creative way surprised me with a trip to Vegas. We usually go on our anniversary in July, so I never saw this coming. We know each other so well that we never can surprise each other. This was a first. Best b-day ever!
Extra Credit Question:
When was the last time you wore a birthday hats?
(You know the cardboard ones with that elastic string that goes under your neck and cuts off your circulation)
Probably when I was a kid. I know I haven't as an adult.
Bonus Question:
Did you have any "Birthday traditions" in your family while growing up ?
Just that my mom would make us whatever our favorite meal was for our b-day dinner.

Nah, it's my place where I can play with dials and buttons just to see what each one does while at cruise altitude of 36,000 feet, going over 650 MPH...
Just kidding, if you're talking about that picture I posted in my profile, that's the flight deck of a Boeing 767-300 after a flight from Honolulu to Phoenix, I wasn't the pilot, I was just a passenger talking to the captain, but I know aviation very well, and if I were a pilot for an airline, like the rest of them, they consider the flight deck (cockpit) "Their Office", and I would probably consider it "My room"..

Thanks MMike. Was very curious about that pic. My hubby had his pilots license a very long time ago. He misses flying. That was wayyyyyyyyy before he knew me.

Happy Birthday Karla!!!
Today's Question:
What was your "bestest" birthday ever?
When I turned 40.
We have some friends that own a funeral home.
They came to where I worked and picked me up in a hearse right when the bell for going home rang. The had flowers on stands all over the place and every one got a real good laugh, then they took me to supper in the back of it and let me out at the entrance.
Talk about some strange looks!
When they took me home my yard had tomb stones and black balloons all over it. We all had a really good time.
Extra Credit Question:
When was the last time you wore a birthday hats?
When I turned 50. You really don't want to hear about that one! lol
Bonus Question:
Did you have any "Birthday traditions" in your family while growing up ?
Just lots of laughs, family and friends!

Today's Question:
What was your "bestest" birthday ever?
Gosh, I suppose it was one in my late teens.
I use to have tons of friends over and we played
records and danced and just had a blast. Although
I had some great Bday's in the past, I do have to
say about 4 years ago I had some friends from out
of town over and it was a great bday bbq for sure!
Extra Credit Question:
When was the last time you wore a birthday hats?
I usually never wear them, but for a nieces bday a few
years back I believe Aunt MusicFreak wore one for a
few minutes...lol
Bonus Question:
Did you have any "Birthday traditions" in your family while growing up ?
Not really, the usual cake, food, fun and laughter...
