Default Question of Tremendous Import: TP Under Or Over?

Do you hang your roll of toilet paper so that you reach under or over?
I grew up in an "over" family but *converted* when I married my husband.
At first I rebelled, but came to recognize the error of my ways...it is actually easier to obtain the needed tissue when you are grabbing the underside.
You?

Gotta be over. And it always gets hung the right way at my house because my husband does not know how the holder works, therefore he leaves the new roll right on the countertop.

virangos is on a distinguished road
I understand the concept of under, But it must be over.
Unless of course you have cats that like to bat at the roll, Then it's under.
No wait I said over, OHHH I'm so confused!!!!

rofl so does mine

I once waited to see how long it would be on the counter
after 3 days I gave in and put it on the holder.

we are an over family

if you leave anything "dangling" in this house Lola will find it and it will end up all over the house

lol we should put post it notes on the new roll that says

" DO NOT TOUCH unless you put it on the holder"

but knowing my husband he will just take what he needs and put it back in the cabinet under the sink .
hmmm I wonder if I keep putting it back under the sink each time he leaves it on the counter how long will it take him to "get it"

good thing we love them

with 4 cats who love to bat at the roll, it HAS to be under, unless you want to dig thru a mountain of TP to find the end.

I saw a little sign in a catalog that says "changing the Toilet Paper does not cause brain damage" I clipped the little picture and hung it by the TP in the bathroom that my 2 teenage daughters use. They thought it was funny but they never put it on either. When I just now got up to see the wording on the sign, guess what...TP is empty and new roll is on the counter...
I got the husband trained though! And he never leaves the seat up either.
