I have seen that pic before and thought how much alcohol does it take to be that stupid. And make sure I Never drink that much.
That power strip that is somewhat floating on the flipflops has to be getting wet inside. The rubber pool may be insulating them from getting shocked.

I doubt it's insulating them, water is a strong electrical conductor and will transfer electricity.
That power strip may not be plugged in. |

This is revolting. These wired punks who are trying to get a buzz should be charged with battery and put in dry cell, that's my current position. They are all wet and that's no way to conduct yourself. Power to the people? Sounds groundless. Socket to me before I blow a fuse because I need an outlet since this topic sparked debate and I'm not feeding you a line but then, so watt? I'll keep plugging away as long as nobody calls a copper.
