Good morning everyone
Happy Wednesday
Well today is the day our bride and groom-to-be begin their journey from Alaska down to Florida
Can you feel the excitement in the air !!!!!
Today we will be doing the last minute stuff so we can leave tomorrow morning to meet them in Orlando and ride the roller coasters !!!!
Our "guest posters" are all lined up here on the "? 0" the day"
So I figured since I will be gone till Saturday I should have lots of fun posts to read after putting forth
Today's Question:
What was the funniest/weirdest Halloween you ever wore?
For those that don't get dressed up
What was the funniest/weirdest you have seen ?
oh ok everyone can answer both
Extra Credit Question:
Halloween Candy !!!
Do you buy what you like and end up having to re-stock before Halloween because you found your self sneaking into the stash once to many times ?
or
Do you buy stuff you don't like to avoid the above
Bonus Question:
Have you ever "bobbed for apples" ?
Extra Bonus Question because I can lol:

What was the funniest/weirdest Halloween you ever wore?
I once dressed up in a complete clown costume and then drive to a bigtime Hallowe'en party at work - 35 miles. You would have loved the expression of the toll taker on the Tappan Zee Bridge as I drove through. (This was before the days of EZ-Pass)
Do you buy what you like and end up having to re-stock before Halloween because you found your self sneaking into the stash once to many times ?
We buy good candy and cheap candy. The good candy goes to the kids in the neighborhood that we know. The cheap stuff goes to the kids who are driven here by their parents from other neighborhoods who we don't know and will probably never see again.
Have you ever "bobbed for apples" ?
No, but I've "steved for potatoes".
Vacations: One favorite place that you return to or try new places every time?
Delaware. Because we plan to move there for retirement, we spend our vacations there exploring different parts of the state just to be sure it's what we want. We're sure.
National Knee Day
Well, having two lousy ones, all I can say is "Yee Hah ... Let's Party!"

My mind is gone this morning, I can't really think of anything. Must be the incredibly crappy weather we are having and its only suppose to get worse. I guess one year I went as a football player and I used the mouthpiece and everything. So my trick or treat might have sounded a little wierd.
There is currently a bag of kit kats on the table that was suppose to be Halloween candy. It is about half gone.
I have bobbed for apples.
We go to Colorado alot but try to switch up where we go in the state. Otherwise we try to go somewhere different everytime.

The weirdest costume I ever wore. Cant think of antyhing wierd, really. I've worn French Maid, Playboy Bunny, punk-rocker, a cop and a Blues Brother costume to parties or to work (the costumes of course depended on where I worked at the time) but we dont normally do Halloween.
I keep a stash of candy of my locker right now anyway so its really nothing out of the norm.
Bobbing for apples, never done it.
Vacations? I would go back to Chicago, Madison or Flagstaff anytime, but one spot Im interested in going, maybe next year for mine, is Boston. I have a 'tour guide' already who is willing to show me around out there already and Im quite curious about whats all the hype about Salem. .

Both
Have you ever "bobbed for apples" ?
Yes--and won!
Vacations: One favorite place that you return to or try new places every time?
We do like to see new and different places, but you could go to Paris or San Francisco 10 times and still come up with something new; whether it is the atmosphere or scenery or whatever, some places always appeal to me.

As a very young child, I was a pirate and my mom put coffee on my chest to make it look like I had hair on my chest. I don't remember what she put on to make it stick though. We always had home made costumes in the good old days.
I have seen a sperm and egg as costumes. Pretty funny.
I always buy Holloween candy, but we never have trick or treaters and I take some to work. Its not good for me because I am diabetic! So I have to indulge in moderation... yeah right.
Never bobbed for apples in my life.
I prefer new places, but we seem to always return to Santa Fe, NM and Denver. Go figure.
