Crossword puzzles, Sudoku, measuring wood for cutting, marking where I need to drill, etc.

No, not until they make chocolate pencils!
When was the last time you took a nap ?
Every time I sit down in my big old fat fluffy chair downstairs. It's the perfect chair for a nap.

I don't know if they had discovered naps yet when I was a kid.

No chewing on the ends of pencils or pens, heck, I dont even use the erasers most of the time...prefer using one of those big pink erasers.
I use pencil from time to time to label file folders, this way they can be erased and used for something else later if need be. Or modified.
I try to grab a nap every few afternoons when possible, in my old age, we kinda need to t hses days, lol.
I took them willingly but my dad never made us take them, Our sitters did, though, several times but back then, I just couldnt sleep. |

I used a pencil yesterday as I was balancing the checkbook!
Yes, I have a bad habit of chewing on pen caps, no pencil chewing though.
Took a nap yesterday, it was so windy yesterday that it knocked out power for a little bit. So I crawled under a couple blankets and took a nap.
I'm guessing I didn't fight too much when it came to naps. I use to fall asleep anywhere. My mom has a picture of me asleep on the driveway. Guess I just got tired and laid down on the concrete and took a nap.

We have them here right beside the computer. I like the ones with Halloween, Christmas, etc. pictures on them.

Used a pencil just a few days ago while cutting some wood in the garage! Like tpabes, my pen caps are a little chewed up as well. LOVE tpabes answer on driveway napping! Around 3p.m. it's nap time for me. I was pretty energetic as a kid; I don't remember taking too many naps. Could use some of that energy now! National boxer shorts day? Was gonna make it brief, but can't think of a good comment, too early in the morning!

I have a pencil on my desk and I'm not afraid to use it. I used my pencil yesterday to jot down a note.
I haven't chewed on any writing instument lately. As a child I chewed on pencil eracers.
I have to be really out of sorts to take a nap. I might nap a few times a year.
I don't remember taking naps as a kid. Bedtime was never a problem, I used to fall right to sleep. As an adult it is harder to shut down my mind and fall asleep.

Don't usually use a pencil. Can't remember the last time. And I don't chew on them either.
Naps? Definitely. My husband & I have a history of taking Sunday after church naps since we first got married many years ago. The tradition conditions. Took one after church/lunch yesterday.
Don't remember being made to nap as a child at all! |
