Todays question Saturday 11-01-08
Good morning everyone
Happy Saturday and Happy 1st day of November
It is a cool and rainy morning here in NE FL, good weather for our planned Movie Day
I hope everyone enjoyed their Halloween and didn't eat to much candy
I can't believe it is November already, though I casually asked Mr Karla last night when we could put up the X-mas lights lol blame it on the neighbors across the street that have theirs up already.
Don't forget (for most of us) to turn your clocks back because it is "fall back " time once again, which is the perfect lead in for
Today's Question:
Do you turn your clocks back before you go to bed or when you get up in the morning ?
Extra Credit Question:
Have you ever forgotten to "spring ahead" or "fall back" and ended up being late or early for something ?
Bonus Question:
What do you have covering your windows (curtains, blinds etc)?
Extra Bonus Question:
How much candy did you really eat last night ?

Turns the clocks the night before, except the car. I usually do that next time I get in the car.
I haven't forgot, yet!
We have blinds over our windows.
I had a little to much candy. We didn't have near the number of trick or treaters either. So I have all this candy in front of me. I can't decide if this is a good or bad thing.
Anything can happen month? Lottery winnings here I come!

Before I get caught up in my planned "do nothing but watch movies all day" day
I better make sure to answer
Today's Question:
Do you turn your clocks back before you go to bed or when you get up in the morning ?
I turn the bedroom clock back before we go to sleep
Depending on how tired I am I may do the kitchen too
The "wall of clocks" in the family room well lol they will fall back sometime tomorrow.
Hubby will change the car clock on the way to breakfast
and as far as the 15 or so other clocks in the house well I would guess during the week
Extra Credit Question:
Have you ever forgotten to "spring ahead" or "fall back" and ended up being late or early for something ?
Way back when I was ooo 18 or 19 I was in our church choir, I remember forgetting to "spring ahead" so needless to say they were missing a soprano that Sunday morning
Bonus Question:
What do you have covering your windows (curtains, blinds etc)?
We have the 2" wooden blinds through most of the house, however in the familyroom where the sun set we have blinds and curtains to try to keep the heat out.
Curtains in the Master & Guestroom
Extra Bonus Question:
How much candy did you really eat last night ?
Sigh !!!! It seemed to be a late start for the Trick or Treaters so as we sat outside waiting I had to "sample" then as you know with all the sweet you have to have salty so out came the bag of pizza goldfish and you know with salty you need beer so ........
(well I did hide it in a beer Koozie so the kids wouldn't know )

Good morning karla! Chilly in WV today but the thermometer is telling lies again. It says it is 43 but there is frost on my windshield. What's wrong with this picture?
Do you turn your clocks back before you go to bed or when you get up in the morning ? Before bed
Have you ever forgotten to "spring ahead" or "fall back" and ended up being late or early for something ? I once forgot to fall back and was very early for a doctor's appointment one day.
What do you have covering your windows (curtains, blinds etc)? I have curtains over my bedroom windows - same ones that came with the house. I have blankets over the windows in my living room to completely block out any/all light and blinds in the kitchen - same ones that came with the house.Interior decor is not my thing.
How much candy did you really eat last night. I had a reese cup, an atomic fire ball and sour straw

Today's Question:
Do you turn your clocks back before you go to bed or when you get up in the morning ? Turn clocks back? What's that? Arizonans don't have to worry about that... unless somebody who lives in Arizona gets really bored and wants to do something exciting...
Extra Credit Question:
Have you ever forgotten to "spring ahead" or "fall back" and ended up being late or early for something ? Yeah, I do forget that everytime.. oh wait.. I don't have to turn the clocks back!
Bonus Question:
What do you have covering your windows (curtains, blinds etc)? I have this convering my Windows... and Linux machines.. but I'll try putting blinds over the screens..

Sorry, I couldn't resist.. - Actually I have blinds. - Livewire, remember this when we drove through Sedona in January of last year?
Extra Bonus Question:
How much candy did you really eat last night ? ? None, I don't eat candy.. unless it's sugar-free.

Arizona rules! No turning back the clock for me.
When I lived in NY I'd set the clock prior to going to sleep. Never forgot to set the clock.
I have drapes. Yes the carpet matches! Oops looks like you didn't ask that last question!
No candy, no trick or treaters here.
