Burglars come in four flavors -- crooks, bums, addicts and sexual predators -- finds a study of career criminals. "Last year, more than 2.1 million burglaries were reported for law enforcement, accounting for 21.2% of property crimes, resulting in an average financial loss of $1,725," write the authors of the study in the current Journal of Forensic Sciences.
