Today's Question:

What was your last "oops did I really just say that" moment ?

The McDonalds Racing Team was at the track cutting off pony tails for "Locks of Love". An organization that makes wigs for children that loose their hair while receiving treatment for cancer. My hair was too short for that so I announced that I would "get my head shaved if the racers would raise $250.00 for "DRAW". An organization that helps injured drivers. Within 10 min we had over $500.00. Thirty min later I was sitting on a trailer, at the starting line, getting all my beautiful grey hair cut off. oops

Extra Credit Question:

Have you ever walked out of a bathroom with toilet paper on your shoe?

I never use toilet paper on my shoes

Bonus Question:

What was the most unusual or maybe even strange tourist attraction you have every stopped at?

House on the Rock, Spring Green, WI. There's not room here to eplain this place. Check it out here The House On The Rock Photo Gallery by Forbidden Donut at pbase.com

Can't think of a specific oops, but I'm sure I have many.

Hope I haven't had toilet paper on my shoe.

Strange attractions. Well been to Carhenge in Alliance, Ne. Seen the Worlds Largest Ball of Twine in Cawker City, KS and the Worlds Largest Porch swing in Hebron, Ne. The Cosmos in Black Hills of South Dakota is a crazy place to visit too.

Good morning! I've had a few oops in my day myself, wish I could think of one I can post HERE. Lots of ones I can't though!

Tpabes is right! The Cosmos is really cool! One place I've been meaning to visit is "The Thing". I have no idea what "The Thing" is but there are plenty of signs advertising it. It's off Interstate 10 in SE Arizona. Zonababe and Magnum Mike, what's with that place? Either of you visit there?

World kindness week? We can certainly use that! Also THANKS MARINES!!

National Lager Day?!? Bigtime yums!!!

Oh, Im so good at foot-in-mouth'! Probably the most recent was something I said about certain guys' body-types. I was simply agreeing with someone elses comment in a conversation on the subject. Ironically, as I was speaking, one of the managers came around the corner who just happened to fit that type of body and it was just one of those things where you dont realize till after you finish the sentence, what you just said. Oops!
No, never walked out with tp on my shoe. Thank gawd!
Im not sure whats the strangest tourist attaction....but guess that back in Az, for some reason, my last boyfriend (about 2 years ago) and I were coming back from Phoenix and he took the exit that let us to the old Japanese prison, where they kept Japanese soldiers back in the war. It was way out in the middle of nowhere and we walked around and read some of the markers where this happened or that happened. Not much left of any of the buildings but it was definately interesting. Does that count?

An aquaintance had attended a wake for a mafia member, he told me the casket was cover with a glass dome. I asked if the glass was bullet proof. Oops!

I walked out of a bathroom theater dragging a very long wad of toilet paper. A friend pointed it out to me. We laughed so hard.

All the ghost towns in AZ have strange attractions. It amazes me when people will do to turn a buck, staged gunfights at high noon.

Today's Question:

What was your last "oops did I really just say that" moment ? Oh $#&& I can't remember... ooops... did I really just say that?

I can't remember anything significant, but I know when I was a sophomore in high school in 1973, our P.E. teacher sounded like he was one tough Army or a Marine Sargent, and he acted like too. Also, I've always had a loud sneeze, and in high school, I used to add a 4-letter word after the actual sneeze, so it sounded like "Ah ah ah.. Ashhhhhh... sh*t!". After doing that a couple of times, the P.E. teacher warned me, and told me not to do it again. But, out of force of habit, I did it again, and I remember the teacher yelling "Get on the ground and give me 20!". Needless to say, I never did that again in P.E.

Extra Credit Question:

Have you ever walked out of a bathroom with toilet paper on your shoe? Nope.

Bonus Question:

What was the most unusual or maybe even strange tourist attraction you have ever stopped at? I'll have to think about that one. I know there's one attraction on the way to the Grand Canyon, on highway 64, after going through the town of Williams, Arizona. It is a replica of the town of Bedrock City, where the cartoon The Flintstones was based in. Bedrock Cities: Homes of the Flintstones - There is another one in South Dakota also.
