Well... these men will start dating younger women in their child-bearing years, and that will also raise the birthrate in Mexico City to astounding levels, which is NOT what they need right now, but instead of being hard on the folks south of the border, we need urge them to use common sense, along with protection. A lot of those men are now thinking of errecting a monument in downtown Mexico City to honor the mayor for his hard work.

Heck, you can eat all the watermelon you want for free out here and save the trip to Mexico...and still get the same results.
