At first I wanted to be cemented, but was talked into being cremated as the cost of the crane and other expenses involved was quite a heavy burden on the family.
Years ago we made out our wills, and a revocable trust, so our family knows our wishes. My wife and I will be cremated, and since I'm a veteran, so we get free interment at the Veterans Cemetery.

We both have chosen to be cremated. After all, our bodies will no longer be inhabited. I would just as soon that my ashes were scattered in our woods, but whatever is done with them, is okay with me. From dust we came, and to dust (or ashes) we shall return....our bodies, that is.
My husband's youngest sister's husband's ashes were put in an urn, and placed in a plot at a cemetary. That is the first time I witnessed that.

Not selfish enough to use up good land just for a dead body. Cremate me and scatter my ashes into the Pacific ocean.

When my time comes, I won't be worried about anything because I know I will be with the Lord, and I'll choose the old fashioned way, a burial.

Cremated. It's already been paid for. I absolutely have no plans to bankrupt my kids after I'm gone. Besides that, if I were in a coffin, it really wouldn't be ME in there, ya know? My soul will have already traveled elsewhere (hopefully up and not down!!!)

Cremated and either put in the corner of a 747 so I can travel lots, or sprinkled at Disneyland so I can be there everyday,
