I learned Common Sense on City Data.... or was it during lunch period in high school?

Sorry - I'm not sure if Common Sense can be taught, in many cases lack of common sense can be due to a person's mindset and/or their lack of willingness to listen.
Yes, I know you are right..but still, it would be nice "if" it could be taught!

Thefer...it's not "you" who has the problem or needs to be taught--sadly it's the ones you are working around. Stay strong and remember that they are the ones that are really hurting!! They are missing out on something so wonderful in life---being happy and spreading happiness!! You already have that. Just put in your time at work and enjoy those away from work! I pray for you too!!

I would teach a class on Ttheater arts:
How to read a play and understand it correctly.
How to show plays and connect it with the originals.
How to make good opinions on the shows, and don't make the adaptations ruin your thoughts about history.
How to stop seeing shallow plays.

I like all of the suggestions so far. Here's a couple I thought of:
1) Opinion vs Fact

2) Seeing the Other Person's Point of View
Prerequisite: There Actually CAN BE a potentially-valid Different Point of View 101

I would teach a class on how to recognize that your opinion is not the only one that counts!

I would like to co-teach the common sense and common kindness class!

And here's a graphic that speaks volumes!!!

The real common sense is.....

When we have done this, I believe then "common kindness" & understanding walks right into the door of our hearts!!

I think I would love to teach a class on showing people that all the "other" people cannot be wrong and how to recognize the signs that you need to look deep within.

I would also like to teach an old class on how to look at other people AS Human Beings. Does anyone remember back in the 60's when you heard about a total stranger getting hurt and you felt it and sympathized???? Not anymore as it is every man for himself. SO I would like to teach that old class.

Huh....maybe this sounds pretty funny and "funky, but....I would just teach "Sex Education Classes" !

On a serious note, however, do I really think, that it is needed for today's kids to really UNDERSTAND those kinds of things.....sex, STD's, Teen Pregnancy, Abortions...etc.
Even by today's "standard" it seems to me, that this topic is a somewhat "taboo" thing....STILL!
I can "spill the beans", without freaking out, feeling weird about it, or get embarrassed one bit.
