Did you give your parents more than a few "gray hairs" Oh sure, I was a very good teen... and it's hot enough in the north pole right now to go swimming.. - Seriously, I was a good teen for the most part, but I've had my somewhat rebellious years, from probably the time I was 16 until I was 20, but I wasn't too bad compared to others, and yes I was sent to my room a few times!

What were your favorite comic books growing up ? Superman and Batman. Holy comic book Batman! Old comic books are worth a lot of money now.

When was the last time you read a comic book ? Can't remember, I'd say sometime when I was between 15 and 49... give or take a month .

Extra Credit Question:

After reading the book or seeing the movie Jaws, how many of you "stayed out of the water" ? I stayed out of swimming pools, lakes, and bathtubs.... We don't have sharks in Arizona... Well, actually most of the sharks are in downtown Phoenix, but we call them Lawyers and politicians.. - Seriously, no it didn't keep me out of swimming in the ocean in California.

Did you give your parents more than a few "gray hairs" I was a pretty good girl. I didn't get any tattoos altho I wanted them, nor piercings, etc., didn't stay out too late and all this stuff. Got a boyfriend with 15 (now I'm 26 and he's DH now)

Were you a good teen or did you give your parents gray hairs? It was a little bit of both actually!

What were your favorite comic books growing up? Archie, Sad Sack, Batman, Quick Draw McGraw-and Mad magazine also. Read only in summertime and NOT school season.
When was the last time you read a comic book? Scored some cowboy comic books at an estate sale last fall. Read one of the Wyatt Earp's a couple weeks ago!

After seeing the movie Jaws, how many of you stayed out of the water? Nah, don't live near any beaches. I enjoy swimming.

Spicy food-yay or nay? Yay! Solid yums-but my stomach doesn't always agree. Favorite spicy food would be any mexican food dish.

National NOTHING day? Woohoo! I'm pretty good at doing that!

I wasnt reading this thread a year ago.....and still consider myself a newbie. I am content to go with the majority. I find I can't read all the responses...and at some point in the day "unsubscribe" as the volumn is too much.

What were your favorite comic books growing up ? When I was real little it was Little Lulu and especially the episodes with "That awful witch hazel".....as I got older it was Tales from the Crypt.

When was the last time you read a comic book ? About 10 years ago.....i worked with a guy who collected them and was so enthused about the new ones and the art work...and the potential for them to appreciate in value....I started buying some of the new Bat Man; I was really impressed with some of the art work.

When I was subbing for you and gave the motherload of question on the 31st, there were a few who just didn't care to participate. Magnum Mike was one of them. But then, true to form, he didn't read your whole post today nor answer that question here either.

I think some of the problem is that there are a whole lot of retirees that type with the hunt and peck method, so more is not better. I also think it was one of the lightest days for responses, so maybe fewer is better.If something doesn't apply, it doesn't apply and won't be answered.
I am in favor of more, but will be happy with less - whatever the majority decides is cool with me.
