I saw that before, lol and it was funny. Somewhere in there though, I thought there was a law in Arkansas (or Alabama, whichever) to marry your mother in law. Cant remember which.

I once read something like this and one law stated--in Kansas, I believe--it's unlawful to tie a giraffe to a telephone pole.

* In North Carolina, it is against the law for dogs and cats to fight.

I'd better let Fido and my neighbor's cat know about this law..

* In Washington State, you can't carry a concealed weapon that is over 6 feet in length.

What if I have a concealed carry permit?

* The law states that more than 3000 sheep cannot be herded down Hollywood Blvd. at any one time.

LOL..... Somebody actually had enough time to count 3000 sheep, and give citations to violators?

* In Virginia, chickens cannot lay eggs before 8:00 a.m., and must be done before 4:00 p.m.

Oh sure, chickens need to be reminded of that by putting signs in the henhouse...

* In Virginia, the Code of 1930 has a statute which prohibits corrupt practices or bribery by any person other than political candidates.

Looks like nothing has changed since then!

In Illinois, the law is that a car must be driven with the steering wheel.

Darn it, I always enjoy using my feet to steer the car!

California law prohibits a woman from driving a car while dressed in a housecoat.

So what is she supposed to wear, nothing?

LOL cute!!!! My dad had a book when I was a wee lil one on laws still on the books. One is about aproaching an intersection, one must disassemble the vehicle and reassemble it. Another is applying the hand to the horn, a certain amount of feet before the intersection. There were some really strange laws.
