We had a great "date" day out-early light breakfast, lunch, ride, casino-broke even and now home and chilling. But my bestest is we leave next Sat to see the kids and grands for over 3 weeks.

Hey yaLL- I made it to the gym and I was motivated to workout hard. I exceeded all of my fitness goals: 3 hours well worth the effort. I feel happy and strong and loved... my body is grateful. And that is good news.  |

Great news is having 2 days off, today and tomorrow and also the chocolate pie I made for Dad was delisccccccc! OH the potato salad, also good!

I made potato salad today for Mrs Aks and I to enjoy with the tri tip on the grill.  It was better the usual and I've got enough for several days to enjoy.  |

Our well for sprinkler system has rusty water-normal for MN. Some parts of the siding were rusty-I ordered something on-line and dang it was a miracle-easy removal.

I found a super great pair of designer shoes and I paid less that a hundred bucks for them. I LOVE SHOES!!! |

My news? In 2 days we will be headed east to NJ for family, fun and great Italian food. Non existent here.
