Good news: my mother's condo closed today - IT IS OVER.
Short brief: My mom died in 2000. This woman shows up from AZ ( where my mom & step father had been spending winters for 15-20 years) almost immediately (    ) with a nasty attitude and a 10 year old car. Well, you know the saying "There's no fool like an old fool". She walked out with a lot of really nice stuff, including family heirlooms, etc... BUT the old bat is gone. After 9+ years of nothing but trouble, I will never have to see either one of them again. They can sit in their trailer in AZ and burn up. Let's hope.
I feel a sense of peace and freedom. |

another great day for me!
Dental checkup and cleaning this morning and I came out ok again. Gotta keep those teeth working for me,,,, I love to eat.
And it was painless
The weather has cooled down for a while and it was wonderful and sunny here, I even opened the windows and turned off the AC.  |

? 5 unopened boxes of Christmas tree lights. Since this box has been there since I moved in (15 years) I decided to see if they still worked. Oh yeh! Now the garage and office areas have multi-colored lites all a glow. So purdy! Ok, so it's a little early
