I received a check in the mail from the health insurance company for $78.35 and don't know what it's for. However it's better for me to have my money back then for their CEO to get another bonus! lol

Beautiful day in the 70s, went out for breakfast, then shopping for a few items that were needed, stopped at the bookstore and bought a couple and finished the day with enjoying an evening meal before returning home to relax.

We had a wedding in the family today (Saturday). The ceremony was beautiful, and the reception was a blast!

Two different days - a nice, relaxing one for Aks and his lovely spouse and an exciting start to a new life together in PJ8's family. How cool is that?

Let's see....today's a bit early for anything recordable to have happened yet.

Oh, yesterday I got a chance to talk to a good friend on the phone for a bit. She always makes me feel good. Everybody needs a friend like that.

Cooked a tri-tip on the bbq, baked a potato, made a salad and enjoyed the afternoon with Mrs Aks. Best bbq in months and the meat was cooked perfectly said Mrs.

Good for you. With the 10 degree temperatures we had here, it was a bit cold to stand out at the grill. I think we will let it warm up a little more before we try that.
