I actually had to wear long pants and a flannel shirt when I went for my walk this morning. It was almost up to 57 degrees when I got home.

I weighed in this morning and lost 11 1/2 pounds so far


And...I finally beat hubby in a game of 101 pool last night That "never" happens

Had our own road trip today. Went to Naples for a bit, stopped at a couple of cooking stores - Williams/Sonoma and Sur la Table and then to Whole Foods. Came home, stopped at BB&B and picked up a couple of things that would have cost us double at the other places. Of course, I had more than enough coupons for all 3 items, so that helped. Made dinner and watched a movie - really enjoyed it - "The Next 3 Days" w/Russell Crowe. Quite the on-the-edge-of-your-seat movie. I don't know, there's just something about Mr. Crowe. Love them bad boys............

After having a customer service agent running around trying to resolve an issue for me, she called me back and reported some bad news. The GOOD thing is that I came up with my OWN resolution to the issue and will now save considerable money on my train commuting expenses the LEGAL way as long as I make a slight modification to my routine! Hehe! Take THAT Metrolink! HA!

Someone from College Bound in St. Louis Missouri emailed me and asked if I was interested in serving with them. Heck yeah I am! They're partnered with AmeriCorps too!

I came across a movie I saw as a child. I didn't know the name of or remember who played in it. I was happy to see it on TV once again. It took me back to happier more youthful days.
