I finally got some photos emailed to some friends who were asking for them.
And Irene is still turning right, which is a very good thing for us down here. I'm still pushing her that way to keep her away from my CD and RL friends.  |

walked with a friend, even though it's not my thing, she asked so it was nice. We had a good chat and it got the kink out of my thighs (exercised yesterday).

Yesterday when hubby and I were in McDonalds I saw a really rough looking guy help out an older gentleman who had a cane (you could tell that they were strangers) by carrying his tray to a table. He also asked if her needed any ketchup or napkins. It was so neat to witness this random act of kindness from someone who appeared to be such a tuff guy. |

Desktop pc is dead, power supply and harddrive both need to be replaced.  However my laptop is still up and working well so far. The good news is that I had backed up the desktop about two weeks ago and most everything is saved on an external drive unit. What a plus that I did it.
The other good news is that Mrs Aks made some banana nut bread yesterday and this morning I’m enjoying it with coffee. |

I'm happy to hear that you have managed to back up most of your files so at least you did not lose valuable data, etc. The banana nut bread sounds awesome so I'll be over later for the quality inspection  |

I am cooking with gas today. I have done most of my outside work, got my dinner cooked, so the rest of the day until a certain time I have some free time and that is always a good thing |

Since you have a little free time and if you like to read you should check out the book THE HELP. One of the best books I have ever read and the movie was fantastic too. |
