Got a call today from the realtor. Someone wants to look at our house tomorrow ... for a second look!

We got everything all cleaned up and ready for the showing ... and no one showed up.

Our realtor called and apologized. The other realtor had left her a message, but she was out of the area and didn't get it earlier. It seems the lady who wanted to look at the house again, and bring her parents along this time to get their opinion got sick and was unable to get out.

On a good note though, the realtor said that she had been to the bank since her last visit a couple of weeks ago and she said she was ready to make an offer. Now, to see if the offer is one to consider ... or laugh at. Hopefully one to consider.
