I just got back from giving a blood donation.

This afternoon we took our paperwork and records to our tax lady who prepares them and then files them off electronically with the IRS and the state. We’re getting money back from both fed & state again this year. And I’m happy that it’s over with, now I’ll keep an eye on getting the refund check.

It was such a pleasure to have an a/c tech stop by to check out the air conditioner before the summer heat. This was a new guy who impressed me very much with his skills and knowledge. He managed to fix two of the little issues that all the others over the years failed to have a solution for when we asked about the problems. It’s good to find someone who knows something for a change and is worth the cost of repair. I’ll be happy and cool all summer now.

I'm glad all worked out well with the a/c tech and the repair. Finding a trustworthy tech who is reasonable is hard to come by these days...years ago it was different.
