I can never find jeans the right length. Not only did these fit, they were a size smaller than I usually wear (they're 6's) AND they were on the clearance rack! $12 each. I do have to go back, tho. They overcharged me on one pair. Then I came home, had some lunch, stopped by to see a friend, then hit the pool. What a perfect day for hanging out in the pool.

And tonight, I go to the annual cul-de-sac captain dinner with my friend Chris whose a capt. Cool!

This day is a keeper, IMO.

Definitely "a keeper".
Aren't those clearance racks fun?
How was the dinner?
Sounds like a "most excellent" (ahhh, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure) day.

I usually can't find stuff I like that fit me in clearance, so it was a special day! Dinner was meh...but I didn't have to cook it, clean up, serve it and it was free, so it was good...especially the company.

The company can make any "meh" dinner seem like a four-star meal.

Mrs Aks and I went shopping for me this weekend and I was able to find some new slacks in my size. I had to go to four different stores at the mall to get all the colors that I wanted but we did find them. The other close by to home I couldn’t find anything because the items were not displayed and designated correctly, everything was simply piled up on different tables and marked incorrectly. We left and the stand alone store and ended up at the mall.

And yes,,,,, Mrs Aks found a new Coach purse that she just had to have. Like she needed that. However she’s happy, I’m happy.

^^^
They are really nice (great), you’re a lucky gal to have someone who cares enough to give you a Coach for your B’day. He has GOOD taste!

This year they opened a Coach’s Factory Outlet store only 20 minutes away from home. I have written the corporation asking them to close the place. lol
