Yesterday's good news-
It was sunny out.
I woke up not feeling sick(from my cold).
My husband's daughter turned 30. Good for her. Makes me feel old, lol.

It's always good to have people like you Aksarben, who are honest and will do the right thing and not take advantage of the misfortune of others. I know my sister lost her cell phone a few years ago, and the person who found it made a few phone calls or did something that added a few extra dollars to her bill, before the phone was deactivated.
Back in December, I went to use an ATM at a grocery store, and I found that somebody had left their card in it. There were the usual prompts on the screen, one of which was to withdraw money, and one to return the card, so there would have been a chance for somebody to take advantage of the opportunity, and withdraw money out of that person's account. I pushed the option on the screen to return the card, there is a branch for the bank at that grocery store, so I went up to one of the employees and gave her the card.

I know someone who did that once, left his card in the (drive-thru atm) machine at the bank, as we were on our way out to somewhere. But he called the bank later when he discovered that and they told him the machine usually pulls the card back in after 15 seconds, and shreds it, so the next person in line doesnt try to grab it and use it.
And that was a very noble thing you did too, Mike and Askarben.
