The sun is shining and I feel well rested along with having a free day which something I have not had all week.
Yay........
Also, my six year old grand daughter is in love with a little boy in her class. My daughter was telling me she made him a card telling him he was her one TRUE love. LOL! It cracked me up.
And she is pretty sure My SIL will be transfered to Baltimore in July. He's military with his tour up in Maine this summer.
Baltimore is not far from us. another yay yay.
Lacey.....guess your glad your deduction is really a stock loss and not a new little one. I can't imagine going through that now.
I agree midwestern, it's a joy to read all good positive news. Some days it is nothing spectacular or large. Just being alive a feeling welll makes for a good day

We had some really bad wind storms through here yesterday evening and all night.. Since we live in a heavily forested part and all our power lines are overhead we had many trees down on the power lines for miles and miles around..Our power went off around 11 last night and power was not expected to come back until at least Sunday..Needless to say, none of us were happy and I had called my girls to come get the food from my fridge and freezer..Power was just restored a few minutes ago, so I have a big ole pot of coffee brewing and the house is warming nicely

The tornados missed our house. The insurance came through with a check to replace the carport that came down during the ice storm.
I had JUST moved my car out of the carport before it came crashing down! For that I am grateful.

redbird a tornado missing your house is a good thing! We had 60 mph winds here last night and thankfully no damage besides limbs down.

The extremely high winds missed us yesterday and the power never went off. A couple hundred customers in our county were off for a while, but not us. Dry today so the water in the yard disappeared.
My wife has been having dizzy spells since early December and they finally figured out what the problem was. She had a treatment yesterday and things were much, much better.
Tomorrow is going to be great!
