We all know Karla is a warm, kind, helpful, and caring sort of person who manages to bring love, laughter, and smiles to our faces on a daily basis. She is to be applauded for her munificence and dedication to our four-footed friends. That's not to say that Alice isn't equally engaging and witty in her late night ramblings and eloquent pontifications. Her willingness to fill in and supply our needs is exemplary in the extreme.

Patiently waiting a few extra minutes for such blessings will only add to your own splendid character!

Which Vice will you give her ?
I love my vices and can't let any go. My favorite came from my DH Grandfathers farm. It is an outside vice mounted on a pipe in the ground. Another favorite is part of a table my DH built me.

Distraction. If I could focus my attention better, I could get 16 hours' worth of work done in 12, instead of just getting 12 hours' worth in.

In the fridge. We spent close to two decades living in a region where if you left any kind of grease or sugar out anywhere, you'd come home to find a swarm of ants covering it. Don't live there any more, thank heavens, but old habits die hard.

Do you use tissues that pop - up or do you have to dig in the box ?
Yes. Or, to put it another way, all of the above. The brand we get pops up, but by the time the box is half or two-thirds empty, the popped-up one tends to fall back inside with its brethren. Of course, our feline's predilection for sticking his front legs down inside the box doesn't help much, either.

Do you have a Fire Extinguisher anywhere in your house ?
One in the kitchen, one by the spouse's workbench, one in the garage.

Have you ever read in the bathtub ?
Nope. I'm old and fat, and if I ever managed to actually sit down inside a bathtub, they'd have to bring in a crane to hoist me back out. I take showers, and do my reading in the living room.
