We don't have a front door, we have nine windows in the front of the house. The entry door (French Doors) is on the side of the house.
Wow I never knew studedude was my neighbor!

Wow I can't believe the difference a new server can make. Websites load so quickly.

There is nothing worse than dropping an egg on the floor. I'm always spilling coffee in the morning.

Doors?
We have the glass insert kind. I like the look of them, but for security we have to have a door lock that can only be opened with a key (so no one can just break glass, reach in and unlock. And then you have to make sure you have a key convenient to the vicinity.)

Peppermint Patty Day? Funny that should come up...
NCN mentioned on another thread that if you just had one it was a low cal treat that could help curb hunger when you're dieting. So I decided to buy some today and try it.

Good morning!
Is your front door plain or does it have fancy inserts?---Just your basic generic white door-and it needs to be replaced!

Extra credit question: In honor of "Don't cry over spilled milk day", what are some of the oops you have spilled on your kitchen floor.----Let's see! Coffee- 10 minutes ago, Progresso soup last night, coffee yesterday morning, been having a rough couple days!

Today is first gold record award to be presented day. Glenn Miller? Cool! My mom is a huge big band fan, I like it myself!

Be electrific today? Gonna give that a try!

Is your front door plain or does it have the fancy glass inserts ?

We have 2 sliding glass doors with built in blinds for the front of our house. We built a berm home so that is our only source of natural light.

Which do you prefer ?

If I am in a neighborhood I like solid wood. If I am in a private setting I like glass for the light.

Bonus Question:

Wow, I can't believe what a difference cleaning my eye glasses can make ?

Extra Credit Question:

In honor of "Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk Day"

What are some of the "oops" you have spilled on your kitchen floor?

I roasted a whole chicken in a glass pan once. When I took it out of the oven I set it on some pot holders. The whole glass pan exploded and I had glass, chicken, and grease all over the kitchen counter, floor, cabinets, and walls. What a mess. I'm just glad I wasn't standing close by when it happened.

Today in History:
1878 - 1st U.S. bicycle club, Boston Bicycle Club, forms Oh cool I used to go on bike touring trips when I was younger.

1942 - "Archie" comic book debuts- I used to collect Archie and Ritchie Rich comics when I was little.

Thank you to all the inventors who have made our lives so much better and easier.

Oh, I thought it said "Be Electrified Day". Sorry.[/QUOTE]

Speaking of: We used to own a roller skating rink and one night I caught 2 young boys pouring water into the upturned spout of the electric hand dryer. Don't parents teach their kids anything? They are lucky they didn't get electrocuted.

Today's Question(s):

Is your front door plain or does it have the fancy glass inserts ?

Which do you prefer ?
It's just a plain door, but it's metal....You gotta remember an old proverb though, you cannot judge a person by his front door...

Bonus Question:

Wow, I can't believe what a difference ____________ can make ? Too early for this... I need to drink another cup of coffee.. Ah! An extra cup of coffee! It makes a difference! - Actually I'll fill in the blank with Jesus. He will make a difference in your life... I should be a preacher.... instead of getting sent to my room, I'd get sent to the alter!

Extra Credit Question:

In honor of "Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk Day"

What are some of the "oops" you have spilled on your kitchen floor?
Nothing that could damage or discolor the tile, but I remember spilling a glass of milk, in real glass, not plastic!

Front door is not too fancy, it has window pains, but really love the fancy ones.
What difference a day makes in Houston as far as the weather goes, yesterday was hot and muggy and overcast, today is sunny and cooler and dry. I don't think it anything I haven't spilled on my kitchen floor

NorthwoodVoyager's post about spilled spaghetti reminds me of the time that I spilled a big plate of spaghetti....not on my own floor, mind you, but at a friend's house...on their white carpet!
