People living a champagne lifestyle on a beer budget... and expecting others to pay for it. I am getting so sick of individuals in my extended family doing this. I want to knock my in-laws upside the head, and tell them to let this one fool and his girlfriend stand on their own self absorbed two feet. If you don't have the money to pay your bills, then you most certainly don't have the money to go half way across the state and stay in 4 star hotels!!! Grrrrrrr

Thanks for letting me get this out!

People who are on a lower socioeconmic level who, rather than try to improve themselves, try to drag people down to their level.

Yesterday, a water pipe over our den busted, and the pressure from the water made some of the ceiling collapse, flooding our den with at least an inch of water. And now my parents are fighting left and right about whose fault it is. GAH! Our house is falling apart!

I got a phone call from an old friend today. He’s not doing so well and I’m now worried about his mental and physical condition. We talked for over an hour or more and it seemed to help,,,, however I’m worried

I never criticize people for being merely human: Misery loves company.

A safe distance to stay away from me when I'm depressed is 50 miles. If you think for one minute I'm going to allow you to smile, in my prescence, for more an 1 second when I'm down and out, think again!

And, for a split second, I get to relieve my depression with a big smile!

A very nice day out so it appeared to be perfect for some yard work and cleanup from the damage caused by frost to the trees and bushes. I managed to get a good start on it however I got tired and sore from this manual labor. Someone needs to remind us when to stop before the “hurt” sets in!

For some unknown reason, my electricity went out about 90 minutes ago but was restored 30 minutes later. So I go to the grocery store and it seems that their electricity's out. I'm frustrated as I really needed to buy some lunch items for work. *sigh* Guess I'll have to purchase a $6 sandwich from starbucks as that is the only thing that will be open in the morning!

Cool Safeway stresses me out...

I mean, I hate to shop anyway, but then you get the tourist from some country where English is not even a consideration as a language and don't understand 'enter your Safeway Club card'...all this from a teller that doesn't speak English except in their dreams...I really can't tolerate it, so when it becomes obvious we have a definate language barrier happening I just reach over and punch in my phone number...I get the airline miles and they get the savings...and off they go. lolol...gawwdddd...

I absolutely refuse to shop somewhere where I need a card to shop there. I boycott these places, always have.
