Good morning everyone
Happy Friday
Well today is going to be a really fun day
My friend mawipafl and I are going to have the pleasure of meeting

What's the most daring thing you have ever done ?
Bonus Question:
What was for breakfast today ?
Extra Credit Question:
Do you have a corkscrew in your home ?
Are you able to remove the cork in one piece or do you have "cork removal issues" ?
Just for fun :
When was the last time you "flew a kite"
What "Quirky" title would you come up with for a "Country Song"
Paella: Yay or Nay

Bonus Question:
What was for breakfast today ?
coffee, so far
Extra Credit Question:
Do you have a corkscrew in your home ?
maybe?
Are you able to remove the cork in one piece or do you have "cork removal issues" ?
I don't think I've ever attempted this........
Just for fun :
When was the last time you "flew a kite"
Last Saturday. My 4 yr old grandson is a kite fanatic. I am like the Pied Piper, when I go to the big field, by the hiway, to fly kites, in a ''safe'' zone.....all 10 kids, from the village usually show up. I currently have 8 kites, that are "flyable"...
What "Quirky" title would you come up with for a "Country Song"
Has "Go fly a kite" been used?
Paella: Yay or Nay~~~ I had to ''google'' it. Sounds like a Yay......

Hey, have fun meeting our CD friends! Say hello for all of us!
Today's Question(s):
What's the most daring thing you have ever done ?
I'm not a very bold person, so that's kind of hard to answer. I guess it would be uprooting the family, including two teenagers, from the city where we had lived for 18 years and relocating 1,500 miles away for the sake of living in a place that we loved. It turned out to be a very worthwhile thing to do, and we are all now very glad to have taken the leap, but at the time, it was probably the scariest and riskiest venture we ever attempted.
Bonus Question:
What was for breakfast today ?
Breakfast burritos: fried up a couple of ounces of premium breakfast sausage from our favorite Farmers' Market vendor, then added a cut-up potato that had been cooked partially through in the microwave and fried that a bit longer, until the 'tater pieces were crispy-gold, then cracked in a couple of eggs and stirred them round until they were set. Wrapped up inside warmed flour tortillas with a sprinkle of good sharp Wisconsin cheddar cheese, they make a great breakfast.
And by the way, I'm not the one who prepared that meal; I'm the dishwasher in the family. The breakfast burritos described above, along with most of our meals, are the work of my spouse, who is an incredibly gifted and creative chef. I am a lucky, lucky gal....
Extra Credit Question:
Do you have a corkscrew in your home ?
Two, actually, one in the kitchen drawer and one in the picnic basket for Concerts on the Square picnics.
Are you able to remove the cork in one piece or do you have "cork removal issues" ?
I usually don't have a problem if the wine was properly stored so the cork isn't dried out.
Just for fun :
When was the last time you "flew a kite"
Oh, it's been decades, I think, since I was a child. When my kids were young, I was pretty well immobilized by a defective hip joint and unable to run with them, so there wasn't any kite-flying at that point. And by the time I had the hip-replacement surgery, they were old enough that they weren't really all that interested in the idea any more.
What "Quirky" title would you come up with for a "Country Song"
No idea, I don't ever listen to country music.
Paella: Yay or Nay
Oh, yum! Love it; I'll have to suggest that to the family chef for possible inclusion in next week's menu. It's been a while since we had paella.

Well it was not only the most daring but also the most personal....so mums the word!
Bonus Question:
What was for breakfast today ?
Toasted English Muffin with butter and orange marmalade.
Extra Credit Question:
Do you have a corkscrew in your home ? Yes
Are you able to remove the cork in one piece or do you have "cork removal issues" ?
The corkscrew we have removes the cork without stress or issues.....It uses leverage.
Just for fun :
When was the last time you "flew a kite"
It has been quite a few years. I always think I will but I never get to it.
What "Quirky" title would you come up with for a "Country Song"
The Lonesome Elston Blues
Lonesome Elston sings the NasCar Blues:
Lonesome Elston is too poor to have shoes;
Lonesome Elston goes to the honky tonk to drink his booze;
Lonesome Elston is gonna release an album with Dolly Parton .... we are sure to get a Tony cuz we just caint lose.

Karla that sounds like a wonderful day. Have a great time.
What's the most daring thing you have ever done ?
I'm not overly daring but I will try most things once. At least I would when I was younger. Now I value my life more, lol.
What was for breakfast today ?
Egg whites and grapefruit. Hey I'm still losing so don't knock it. You should have asked yesterday. It was much better, lol. I had a waffle with fresh strawberries and syrup. Yum.
Extra Credit Question:
Do you have a corkscrew in your home ? I think it is up in the motor home.
Are you able to remove the cork in one piece or do you have "cork removal issues" ? I can remove it. I used to waitress many years ago and had to do that. I can even pop a Champagne cork without hitting anyone.
When was the last time you "flew a kite"
At least 35 years ago with my father.
What "Quirky" title would you come up with for a "Country Song"
"City Woman Gone Redneck"
Think Green Acres but I've adapted much better.
Paella: Yay or Nay [/b] Nay.
Hi Joe. Have a great weekend everyone.
