Life in general. Good family, friends, and reasonably good health.

It doesn't take much to make me happy..The things that the world seems to be too busy to notice now days...Springtime makes me happy as I see new life in the trees and being alone with my God in my favorite spot on the mountain behind our house..Kids playing as I watch and wish I had the energy to join them..baby animals and all my grandchildren..
Speaking of anniversaries, our 48th anniversary will be in August..don't know if that makes me happy or not..

Our 45th will be in October, so the 51 is safe as the longest so far.

Yep, my happy is the chance to spend a lifetime with my best friend. We've been a couple for 33 years, with the "official" anniversary (the one the state recognizes) approaching the 29-year mark. Not as long as a lot of couples, I know, but we're working on it!

today I'm a happy birthday girl. I'm happy because each of my kids made me something special from their hearts as a gift. Those are the most special gifts to me. My son is learning how to play guitar..and he made me a tape of him playing happy birthday. So that's what made me happy today.
