I don't know, but I think it may be because now the average teenager can sleep until 1 in the afternoon, if left alone to do so. So put it into perspective...7 in the morning is 6 hours earlier than they should be waking up. If we got up Mon-Fri 6 hours earlier than we should, we would probably walk like Sloths on Quaaludes too.

They aren't all like that! Some of them can't wait to get to school to 'hang' with their friends!!! Mine can't wait to get out of the house because we are "boring"!!!

I wouldn't worry about it ........ they're typical teens. They stay up too late and have a prob in the a.m. That'll change when they get older. Let them be a kid/teen.

The reason teens appear to be slow moving is because they are begging the driver for for money. The teens have to listen to a long lecture before they finally get the cash. Depending on the greed factor (of either party), this exchange can take up to three minutes.
